Student Spotlight: Sarah Kasher
Sarah Kasher is a graphic designer and visual storyteller with a love for creative experimentation. Her work explores the intersection of design and narrative, often shared through her TikTok channel. Since completing the Designer Development Course, Sarah has sharpened her Adobe skills and gained the confidence to take on real-world projects. She’s built a freelance practice, and is now looking for a full-time graphic design role.

Morgan Ager is a UX/UI designer with a background in web content and marketing. Now based in the UK, Morgan has combined strategic thinking with a strong eye for design, crafting clean, functional user experiences for digital products. Since completing the Graphic Designer Development Course at London Fields Design School, he has taken on freelance graphic design projects and successfully transitioned into UX/UI design. Last year, he landed an exciting role at a Fintech app.

Student Spotlight: Ivan Ogilvie-Grant
Ivan is a jewellery maker based in London who is studying on the Designer Development Course. Ivan founded Studio Punchi, which offers expertly hand crafted jewellery from silver in his Notting Hill studio. He draws inspiration from the striking contrast between bold gemstones and the rich grey tones of silver, a combination that defines the studio's aesthetic.

London-based Sonia Cheadle has 20 years of experience as a jewellery designer, which equips her to create innovative, understated jewellery that brings together traditional materials with unexpected additions. Her work has won numerous awards, including the coveted GCDC (Goldmith’s Craft & Design Council Awards) Gold for her artwork ‘Four Seasons Brooches’.

Maker Spotlight: Felicity Jones
London-based blacksmith Felicity Jones creates organic, flowing forms that intersect with an element of danger, taking inspiration from insects, plants, symmetry in nature and man-made artefacts such as vehicle parts and machinery. She uses a mixture of traditional and contemporary techniques to form modern art works, making anything from functional fire pits to artwork for Glastonbury’s Pyramid stage.

Designer Development Course student Ria is studying with London Fields Design School remotely, and is based in beautiful Trinidad and Tobago. She has demonstrated great talent across many disciplines, including illustration and architecture. While studying with us, Ria won a design competition Secret7s and was also offered an interview for an assistant role with an architecture firm.
