AI visualisations of Seaweed Farms

Architectural Assistant and LFDS lecturer in 3D design, 3D printing and Rhino, Luisa is currently enrolled in the Climate Entrepreneurs Club Pre-Accelerator programme at Imperial College London.

Her practice focuses on exploring and implementing the sustainability and fabrication advantages of 3D printing and looking at how 3D printing can help lower our carbon footprint, from collecting microplastics in the sea and reducing consumer consumption.

As part of the programme, she is proposing to upscale seaweed farming systems through a circular model that allows for circle packing and tackles microplastic pollution.
