We asked Sarah how London Fields Design School helped her grow as a designer:

“The course at London Fields Design School gave me the practical tools and creative confidence to take my design work to the next level. It sharpened my Adobe skills and helped me feel more prepared to take on real world projects. Since completing the course, I’ve built a freelance presence, offering logo design and YouTube content packages. I also completed a social media internship at an AI company, where I created branded visuals and supported their content strategy. I’ve also launched a creative TikTok channel (@softxsigh), where I explore graphic design, poetry, and visual storytelling through short form content.”

We’re excited to follow Sarah’s creative journey as she explores new platforms and opportunities.

The point about how visual hierarchy instantly guides a viewer's attention really resonates. I've observed this firsthand in countless marketing campaigns; a well-executed visual hierarchy can dramatically improve message retention and call-to-action engagement. While understanding the principles is key, translating them into practical, impactful designs, especially for specific mediums, can often be a challenge. For anyone looking to master the art of creating visuals that truly stand out, particularly in the realm of advertising and events, this resource offers a comprehensive guide to poster design.
