Amelia Deacon is an illustrator, graphic designer, and fashion designer based in London. Her work celebrates feminism, colour, positivity, and fashion, with vibrant prints focused on abstract art, body, and female empowerment. Using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects, Amelia brings her bold ideas to life.

Since completing the Designer Development Course, Amelia has worked on a number of exciting projects, including album covers for East London musicians, t-shirt designs, and book illustrations.
We asked Amelia how London Fields Design School helped her break into a creative career:
“Before taking the course, I was mostly self-taught in design. Expanding my knowledge and learning new skills made the design process much easier and more efficient. Learning After Effects and animating my work has been a game changer, opening up more freelance opportunities such as the role for Barnardo’s retail creating their social media content and animating social ads using what I learnt in After Effects on the course.”
It’s a pleasure to have been part of Amelia’s creative journey.
