Student Spotlight: Justine Morelli

Justine Morelli is an illustrator, animator and graphic designer based in London. Her dynamic, colourful and bold work has been used across posters, branding, packaging and much more. Using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Cinema 4D, Justine brings her fantastic ideas to life.

Since completing the Designer Development Course, Justine has worked on a number of exciting projects, including posters for Out To Swim Angels, the UK’s largest LGBTQ+ Aquatics Charity and a D&AD entry for UMusic Festival.

We asked Justine how London Fields Design School helped her break into a creative career:

“I decided to start the Graphic Design Course after years of doing graphic design and illustration as a side hobby. Doing the course at London Fields Design School allowed me to learn the foundations of Graphic Design and the practical skills to use the different software. Transitioning career has been both challenging and rewarding but the evening lessons meant that I could keep my charity retail job to support myself financially and gain enough skills and knowledge to embark on my journey as a freelance designer! I am currently working as a freelance graphic designer and looking for more freelance opportunities to expand my portfolio and commit to a full time graphic design and illustration career.”
